Legare Media Stands and Media Towers are ideal for organizing all of your audio/video equipment in any living area or media room. Modular in design, stands and towers can be configured side-by-side to create a myriad of media design options. From stand-alone entertainment units to large media centers, Legare offers enough storage for even the most ardent video or audiophile. All media furniture components are available in both our beautiful Natural and warm Espresso finishes.
Available in two sizes, Media Stands are perfect for supporting high-definition Plasma or LCD TVs or medium-size CRTs. The 24" x 33" Media Stand provides two bays for audio/video equipment, while the 24" x 53" Media Stand provides four bays. And both stands provide ample storage for more than 120 DVDs or 170 CDs on their four outer shelves.
Also available in two sizes, Media Towers are perfect for holding a wealth of audio/video equipment, and can even hold a small CRT or LCD television in tight quarters like a bedroom or college dorm room. The 42" x 33" Media Tower provides four bays for audio/video equipment, while the 59" x 33" Media Tower provides six bays. And each tower provides a wealth of storage for items like small speakers and CDs/DVDs on its outer shelves - over 240 DVDs or 340 CDs on the small tower, and over 360 DVDs or 510 CDs on the large tower.
Both Media Towers feature a versatile shelving system that allows a shelf to be removed for storage of larger components like small TVs or gaming systems. Leave one shelf out of the smaller tower, or up to two shelves from the large tower.
When placing Media Towers and Media Stands side-by-side, Media Towers include small connectors that lock a tower to a neighboring stand and provide a back-stop for the lower shelves so that items like CDs and DVDs can be stored sideways without being pushed to the back of the shelves.
Other common features include bays for audio/video equipment that are 19" wide, 8" high and over 18" in depth, suitable for most any CD player, DVD player or home theater receiver. Additionally, all bays have oversized openings in the back panel for easy cable access to all components. And the rear corners of each shelf have hidden openings for vertical cable routing between components.
