Legare Furniture is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase against defects in the material as they relate to the wood furniture components. The word “defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair the utility of the product.
This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture components having defects. If the furniture component is defective within the terms of the warranty, Legare will furnish a replacement furniture component at no cost. No assembly labor is included.
This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, abuse, negligence, unreasonable use or exposure. Lacquer finishes on the wood components are covered for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
All implied warranties arising under state law are limited in duration to the three (3) year period of this warranty.
Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law.

All Legare Furniture is made of high-grade materials which should give you many years of quality use. Each furniture unit is shipped brand new, in its original packaging. If you are not satisfied with the product, please send it back within 10 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Returned Items MUST be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and the Return must be post-marked within 10 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping and handling charges. Please also be aware that if your order qualifies for our "Free Shipping" promotion, our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund.
If the item is freight damaged: Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment and insure that the driver makes note of the damage, then contact Legare Customer Service. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Any personal information that you provide to Legare Furniture, as well as information about your shopping or purchases, will be held confidential and will not be distributed or made available to any person, company, organization, or group outside of Legare Furniture or our Web site administrator, with the exceptions of information that must necessarily be provided to shipping companies or freight carriers for the delivery of products you purchase, and "blind" data (data that does not contain identifying information) which may from time-to-time be provided to outside organizations for statistical or other evaluative purposes.
